Maui 2014
At the end of January in 2014, Tom and Iris traveled with their good friends, Larry and Ann, to Maui, staying at the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas (photo from balcony on right). They started their week with a Super Bowl party, watching the Broncos get creamed by the Seahawks. Larry and Tom had a great time ziplining while the ladies enjoyed the services at a day spa. The snorkeling was excellent, encountering huge sea turtles on multiple days. The whale watching was also excellent during their morning outing on a catamaran, witnessing a full breach close by. They enjoyed drinking really good California wine and barbecuing fresh local fish at the resort. They also enjoyed drinking Mai Tais at Kimo's and eating lobster at Betty's Beach Cafe.
